Time to head back to the 90's

Morning everyone,

So it's September now, is anyone else scratching their heads and thinking "how the hell did that happen" this year has gone so fast, it's hard to believe Christmas is 3 months away!

But let's not dwell on that, lets enjoy the fact that September= Fashion month and the official entrance into AW13 collections! Now I am an Autumn, Winter girl through and through! Give me a pair of tights and boots any day! Who doesn't love putting on a fabulous coat?!

The main focus for this AW is definitely an ode to the 90's (think Cher from clueless meets her future self in 2013.....she would definitely be a blogger!) lots of leather, checks, tripy imagery (Givenchy twisted imagery of Bambi and a classic painting, Balenciaga and the Egyptofunk collection), oversized cocoon coats, patent skirts, trousers, and shirts, lace,floral with big chunky knits and badass boots. Oh and don't forget the mandatory rip jeans and lots of chains ;) This season we are following the likes of Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Preen, Chanel, Celine, Versace, Topshop Unique and so many more runway influences.
